Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • In the event of a disaster or equipment failure, we will contact you in advance and cancel the event.

  • You can also bring in your own coins to use as materials (please check with the store in advance to see if they can be used). The normal fee is 4,900 yen (tax included).

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
