• Domestic law requires children under the age of 6 to use a car seat. Be sure to purchase the correct number of car seats.

• Boarding and disembarkation times can only be changed up to [8 hours prior to departure time].

• Boarding and disembarkation locations can only be changed up to [5 hours prior to departure].

• Please enter your departure and arrival times accurately. For example, if you want to depart at 5:00 PM but enter 5:00 AM, the driver will be dispatched at 5:00 AM, so changing the time or canceling your reservation for free is not possible.

• When making a reservation, please be sure to accurately enter the number of passengers (adults and children). We will assign a vehicle based on the number of passengers. For example, if you enter 5 instead of 6, the vehicle type may not match, resulting in boarding being denied or additional fees being charged.

• Please write your pickup and drop-off addresses in English or Korean. Using a different language or providing an incorrect address may result in the driver not arriving on time or going to the wrong address. All fees are non-refundable.

• For pick-up service for flights arriving between 23:00 and 5:00, please make a reservation at least 2 days prior to your flight arrival (based on flight arrival time) (including in case of temporary flight delays or time changes).

• This product offers a car rental service with a driver. The color of the vehicle's license plate has no bearing on whether the driver holds a valid driver's license.

• Pick-up service is free for 90 minutes, and drop-off service is free for 30 minutes. An additional 10,000 won per 30 minutes will be charged. (Payment is on-site, and payment cannot be refused for any reason.)

• To facilitate communication with your driver, a LINE/WhatsApp/WeChat group will be created one day before departure. When making your reservation, please enter one of your communication software IDs and enable the "Allow Friends" feature.

• Driver information is provided the night before departure, so please be sure to check the notification message. If you change your travel SIM card, please check your messages and emails frequently to avoid connection interruptions.

• None of our itineraries include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities carry specific risks and hazards. Guests must independently assess their own health and abilities. We are not responsible for any physical damage or injury resulting from accidents or unforeseen circumstances.

Pick-up service offers a free 90-minute wait, while drop-off service offers a free 30-minute wait. Any additional wait time will incur a charge of 10,000 won per 30 minutes. Payment is made on-site, and payment cannot be refused for any reason.
