Product Info

  • Learn Japanese etiquette through simple greetings and manners in Japanese. Respecting others and cultivating a disciplined mindset are essential parts of the training. Based on Kata practice, you will gradually master body movements including strikes, throws, and ground techniques. The training focuses on body mechanics and spacing rather than relying on brute force. We conduct situational training based on real-life scenarios to learn practical self-defense, such as maintaining distance and protecting yourself. If necessary, we will also incorporate weapons training using sticks or wooden swords (bokuto), ensuring safety throughout the experience.
