A luxury set course where you can enjoy introductory diving and snorkeling in the Kerama Islands, famous for their 'Kerama Blue' waters, and on the second day, enjoy snorkeling in the mysterious 'Blue Cave' located in Maeda, Onna Village. The Kerama Islands offer higher water clarity than the main island, allowing you to experience the vast blue seas of Okinawa. If you are lucky during your introductory dive, you might even encounter sea turtles, and colorful tropical fish will be there to greet you. This is a highly recommended course that allows you to experience diving even without a license. Additionally, you can easily take commemorative photos with tropical fish while enjoying the blue sea and white sandy beaches during snorkeling! The 'Blue Cave,' located in Maeda, Onna Village, Kunigami District, Okinawa, is a cave formed by seawater erosion and is one of the most popular diving and snorkeling spots in Okinawa. The light filtering into the cave creates a blue glow, spreading a very mysterious atmosphere. This single set course allows you to fully enjoy all of Okinawa's blue seas.
What is 'Kerama Blue'?
Located about 30km west of Naha on the main island of Okinawa, it takes about 30 minutes to an hour by high-speed boat. Surrounded by waters of high clarity known as Kerama Blue, these islands possess a beauty distinct from the seas of the main island of Okinawa. That is Kerama. Kerama is said to consist of about 30 large and small islands, almost all of which are uninhabited. Only five islands are considered inhabited: Tokashiki Island, Zamami Island, Aka Island, Geruma Island, and Mae Island.
The Mysterious 'Blue Cave'
The Blue Cave is a common name for a sea cave located in Maeda, Onna Village, in the central part of Okinawa's main island. Many people from both within and outside the prefecture, as well as from abroad, visit to enjoy diving and snorkeling in the Blue Cave. As a result, it has become one of the most popular diving and snorkeling spots in the prefecture today. The reason it is called the Blue Cave is that the sunlight filtering in from the cave entrance illuminates the highly transparent and beautiful seawater surface
