We also offer a wide variety of other dishes that pair well with alcohol, such as "dashimaki tamago" (rolled omelet) and "tenderly simmered octopus". Our tonkatsu is made with Akagi pork from Gunma Prefecture. It is coated in crispy fresh breadcrumbs and deep-fried in pure lard and domestic rice oil, bringing out the natural flavor of the pork. Enjoy it with our "pork soup" made with rich Shinshu miso. We use top-grade Koshihikari rice from Nagano Prefecture, special grade A, and Shinshu miso. We are also proud of our "homemade green chili miso dressing" made with green chili peppers and miso.
