  • Soft bags are preferred. If your baggage is oversized, you can repack into the supplied bag/s. 
  • Fishing rods up to 2m can be taken on board but please remove all hooks
  • Empty decommissioned dive tanks can be taken on board. No dangerous goods allowed
  • Flights already commenced are not eligible for refund
  • Please note that the COVID policy is dependent on current government policy
  • Passengers who have an exemption for a COVID regulation must provide a copy (either electronic or hard) for our files

  • Please provide your maximum fully clothed weight, including shoes when booking

  • The pilot may weigh passengers if the advised weight appears incorrect

  • Arrive at the terminal 30 minutes before departure to complete the safety video and pre-flight forms

  • Passengers who arrive late or have not completed these by 15 minutes before take-off may be marked as no-show or charged a late boarding fee

  • Each passenger may bring 1 carry-on bag (max 3 kg)

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 9 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
