This service provides exclusive private charters between Sapporo city and its surrounding areas (such as Otaru, Furano, Asahiyama, Noboribetsu, etc.). We use Japan-licensed green plate vehicles, accompanied by Chinese-speaking drivers and customer support, making your journey easier, more comfortable, and worry-free. It is perfect for travelers with large luggage or large groups.

Charter Scope: Sapporo and surrounding areas (please refer to the itinerary areas in the package)
Departure/Drop-off Location: Within Sapporo City (default is pick-up and drop-off in the same area. If you require different locations or cross-prefecture travel, please note this when booking for customer service confirmation; additional fees or empty-run time deductions may apply)
Charter Duration: 10 hours; overtime service fees will be charged if the duration is exceeded.
Service Hours: 07:00 - 22:00 (departure between 08:00 - 11:00 is recommended)
Charter Route: Please propose your desired route when booking according to the scope in the itinerary specifications. The route must be reasonably round-trippable within the reserved hours and within 300km per day.
Driver Language: Chinese-speaking driver

※Child seat notice: Installing one child seat occupies approximately 1 to 1.5 adult seats. Please be aware of this.

Highway tolls/parking fees (not applicable to 14-seater vehicles)

Reimbursement will be based on actual expenses incurred. Please pay the driver in cash (Japanese Yen) at the end of the trip.

Overtime service fee

If a passenger's lateness causes a delay in their trip, they can choose to shorten their trip or retain their trip and pay the corresponding overtime service fee.
To ensure a smooth trip, the driver may adjust the return time or the order of attractions based on the day's traffic conditions. If the trip exceeds the booked private charter car time, an overtime service fee will be charged, with any time less than one hour counted as one hour. Please pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip.
14-seater: 6,000 yen/hour (8,000 yen/hour from December 15 to March 15; 10,000 yen/hour from December 22 to January 4 and February 14 to February 23)
22-seater: 8,800 yen/hour
45 seats: 11,000 yen/hour

From the second child seat

The first child seat is provided free of charge. For each subsequent child seat, an additional 2,000 yen will be charged. Please be sure to note this when placing your order and pay the driver in cash on the day of your trip.

Vehicle cleaning fees

If there is vomiting, unpleasant odors, or other serious damage to the vehicle, a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.

Reminders

  • Please ensure that the number of passengers, pieces of luggage and their dimensions, and the number of child seats are filled in accurately. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit on the day of travel, additional charges may apply or service may be unavailable, and no refunds will be given.

  • Please do not eat or drink in the vehicle (drinking water is allowed).

  • Please leave a note when booking if you have any special needs (such as bringing a wheelchair).

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please submit your application at least 48 hours before departure, otherwise it may be difficult to process.

  • Please be sure to provide a way to contact us immediately (such as Japanese phone, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.).

  • To ensure a smooth trip, the driver may adjust the return time or the order of attractions based on the traffic conditions of the day.
