If the departure is cancelled temporarily due to personal reasons of the passenger, the cancellation fee within 9 days will not be refunded.

Outdoor sports and skiing involve certain risks and potential dangers. When considering accepting any activities included in the tour group or provided during the trip, guests must assess whether they are suitable for participation based on their own health or ability. In the event of an accident due to force majeure or physical injury or death caused by unpredictable factors, the company's staff and related personnel shall assume the obligation to provide full rescue; the company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for the damage or casualties.
The tour group is not responsible for injuries or losses resulting from skiing accidents.
The Supplier will not accept persons under the age of 16 to join the Supplier's tour group without an adult. Unaccompanied passengers aged between 16 and 18 must go to a branch with their parent/legal guardian to register for the tour group and complete the "Consent Form for Persons Under 18" and submit a copy of the participant's birth certificate and a copy of the Hong Kong identity card/passport of their parent/parent or legal guardian.
Passengers are required to keep their luggage by themselves. No compensation will be provided for lost, damaged or stolen luggage.
