- All kinds of knives and sharp objects with piercing function are prohibited in the museum. If found through inspection, please hand it over to the security personnel and temporarily store the objects at the entrance inspection area
- There is no cloakroom in the museum. Please be careful not to bring long-handled umbrellas, large backpacks, luggage, helmets, and other items
- Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the museum, and each visitor can bring a maximum of 500 ml of drinking water into the venue
- There are accessible facilities in the museum, so visitors in wheelchairs can participate the tour

The tour guide will be waiting in front of the entrance with a pink identification card "Ciao Florence" on the day. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes in advance. If you are unable to participate in the tour due to being late, compensation or refund will not be given

The duration of tour is approximately an hour. After the guided tour, you can continue to visit the museum freely until it closes
