Outside of service hours: Before 08:00 / After 22:00 - KRW 50,000/hour
Overtime fee: KRW 25,000/hour
Unbooked return trip fee
1-6 people: KRW 100,000
7-10 people: KRW 200,000
- Airport pickup service overtime fee: KRW15,000 per hour (90 minutes of free waiting time from actual flight arrival time)
- Airport drop-off service overtime fee: KRW25,000 per hour (30 minutes of free waiting time)

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
If the departure is canceled due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded. Please refer to the cancellation regulations for cancellation.
No refund will be given if the correct communication software information and contact information are not provided and contact cannot be made before departure.
If you request to reschedule your trip within 3 days before departure due to personal reasons, a handling fee of KRW20,000 per person will be charged.
You will be contacted via the messaging app the day before departure. On the day of departure, once the driver arrives, someone will inform you via the messaging app that you need to go to the designated location for the ride. Customer service will assist with the arrangements, but no sign-raising service will be provided.
Please make sure you have a communication app that can be used to contact the person (WhatsApp/LINE/Kakao talk/WeChat, please make sure your app is set to open to receiving messages from strangers)
For guests who choose the airport pick-up service, please make sure your phone is turned on upon arrival at the airport so that the driver can contact you in time (free WIFI is available at the airport, please refer to it)
For guests who choose the airport drop-off service, please be sure to provide your desired departure time and hotel address, and strictly adhere to the scheduled departure time.
Please note that the pick-up time may be 10-15 minutes late due to group member delays or traffic conditions.
If you require service outside of service hours (or the service time exceeds service hours), an out-of-service surcharge will be charged.
