  • Please note that this service is a one-way private private charter car. Airport transfers, round-trip transfers, etc., must be booked separately as additional services (add-ons booked separately are not valid).
  • The private charter car service is a point-to-point service, meaning that pick-up and drop-off are limited to one location only, with no intermediate stops.
  • Please be sure to fill in your flight information, hotel address, and contact details correctly when making a reservation.
  • Customer service or the driver will contact you 1-2 days before your pick-up time. Please ensure the driver can contact you using the provided contact methods (e.g., ensure your phone has international roaming enabled or your Line ID is set to public).
  • If you do not receive any contact the day before departure, please leave a message to let us know; if the driver still has not received a response from you before departure on the day of departure, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
  • When making a reservation, please refer to the vehicle's passenger capacity limit and provide accurate information such as the number of passengers, the number of pieces of luggage, and the size of the luggage. Passenger and luggage information:

  • Children and infants also occupy seats; separate child seats are not provided.
  • Each person (including children and infants) can bring one piece of luggage between 24 inches and 26 inches free of charge. If you need to bring two or more pieces of luggage (24 inches to 26 inches), please book additional luggage space (one space per piece of luggage).
  • Luggage larger than 26 inches will be considered as two 26-inch pieces of luggage. For each person traveling less, one more 26-inch piece of luggage can be added.
  • Each stroller will be considered as one piece of luggage. If you are bringing a stroller, please indicate this in the child passenger section on the payment page.

Airport transfer service:

  • This package includes a one-way transfer service between the airport and the ski resort.
  • Please note that this package is only valid when used in conjunction with other private private charter car packages within this promotion; booking separately will not be valid.
  • The service vehicles are the same as those used for private private charter car at the ski resort.
  • For every one fewer passenger, one more 24-inch piece of luggage can be accommodated.


Luggage Information:

  • Luggage larger than 26 inches will be considered as two 26-inch pieces of luggage.
  • A stroller or wheelchair is counted as one piece of luggage, or one passenger. If you are bringing a stroller or wheelchair, please fill in the relevant information on the booking page.


Overtime Fee Explanation:

  • Please note that if the actual waiting time exceeds the free waiting time, an overtime fee of KRW15000 per hour will be charged, with any time less than one hour being charged as one hour.
  • Airport pick-up service includes a 90-minute free waiting period, starting from the flight's arrival time.
  • Airport drop-off service includes a 30-minute free waiting period, starting from the drop-off time.
