【Ticket Purchase Notice】
1. Each order can purchase up to 5 copies.
2. Please ensure that the information you fill in when booking is accurate, true and complete. If the information you submit is false or erroneous, resulting in the inability to verify and use, enter the various parks of Yaoxue Ice and Snow World, or any losses, all losses shall be borne by the tourist himself.
3. Visitors can enter the park with their valid ID on the day of the tour.
4. The timer for Yaoxue Snow World tickets starts at the entry gate and ends at the exit gate. In order to avoid overtime fees, please arrange your visit time reasonably. If your playing time exceeds the specified time, an overtime fee will be charged. The specific overtime fee standard will be subject to the on-site announcement.
5. Visitors who enter the park with a snow card are requested to keep the card safe throughout the entire visit. If the card is damaged or lost and you are unable to enter or leave the Snow World, you need to go to the Yaoxue Ice and Snow World Customer Service Center or the ticket counter at the exit to consult the staff to apply for a new snow card or purchase a separate ticket.
6. Tickets can only be used once and cannot be entered and exited multiple times. If you need to enter the Yaoxue Snow World again after leaving it, you must purchase a new ticket.
7. Yaoxue Snow World is divided into skiing and snow entertainment areas. You cannot travel across areas. Please purchase tickets according to your needs.
8. Skiing and snow entertainment plans have certain risks. Children holding discount tickets must be accompanied by at least one adult who has purchased a ticket (one adult can bring up to two children holding discount tickets at the same time).
9. Please carefully read the "Yao Xue Ice and Snow World Visitor Notice" and "Yao Xue Snow World Visitor Notice" and other related announcements before entering the park.
10. Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be transferred.
11. The number of tickets per day is limited and will be sold out first.
【Snow World Season Date Definition】
1. Weekdays: except peak and extra peak days
2. Peak days: ① Saturdays and Sundays except July, August and statutory holidays ② Monday to Friday in July and August ③ 10 days before and 7 days after the Spring Festival ④ Winter activity days
3. Special peak days: ① Saturdays and Sundays in July and August ② National statutory holidays (such as New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, May Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, etc.)
If you use a mainland ID card, you can enter the park directly by swiping the card; if you use other documents (such as Taiwan Compatriots Card, Hong Kong and Macau Pass or passport, etc.), you need to go to the Visitor Service Center and have the staff assist you in entering the information before you can enter the park.
Once the order is placed, the order information cannot be changed and the identity of the tourist must be consistent with that filled in when placing the order.
If the child does not have an ID card, they must also go to the Tourist Service Center and have the staff help them enter it.
