We offer traditional charcoal-grilled sweetfish all year round. We take great care in cooking the fish slowly over a low flame and even grilling it before serving. Please enjoy this exquisite delicacy with its fluffy flesh and crispy skin. You can also enjoy seasonal sweetfish, such as young sweetfish in March, mature fish in June and July, and sweetfish with roe in September.
We also offer "Shunsai" dishes that make use of the seasonal flavors of each season. Our seasonal menus range from a la carte dishes to course meals. Please enjoy the changing of the seasons through your meal.
