Purchase Notice
*Group and individual admissions are separate; please do not purchase admission tickets independently. For group priority admission, guests pay the guide on-site for admission tickets: Adults ¥10,940, Children (6-11 years old) ¥5,480.
*Departure time will be adjusted according to the cable car schedule provided by the Kurobe Ropeway Company. You will be notified of the specific departure time one week in advance. Please arrive at the designated location on time.
※Temperature: -1 to -5 degrees Celsius. The valley is covered in snow, so it is recommended to wear waterproof and non-slip shoes or boots.
※The ultraviolet radiation is quite strong, so it's best to bring sunscreen and sunglasses.
※It may get a bit warm while walking, so it's recommended to wear a thin down jacket with a zipper for easy putting on and taking off. You can also prepare gloves, scarves, hats, hand warmers, etc. to keep warm!
*End time may vary depending on departure time, traffic conditions, and weather. Please do not schedule activities for that evening.
Reminders
This tour requires a minimum of 15 participants. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified no later than 3 days before departure, and we will either reschedule the tour or provide a full refund.
Each person can bring one suitcase free of charge, regardless of size. Please note this when placing your order! If you do not inform us in advance and there are not enough seats on the bus, we will refuse you boarding and the fee will not be refunded.
Meals are not included in this tour price; any meals will be at your own expense. Please note that some restaurants do not allow outside food to be brought in, or you may only occupy a seat without ordering food.
To avoid any losses, please do not book other activities on the same day, including restaurant reservations, attraction bookings, and flight or train tickets. Please be aware of this!
Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times during the trip. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
Individuals with hypertension, heart disease, or other cardiovascular conditions, as well as pregnant women, are not permitted to participate. This tour does not accept solo bookings from customers under the age of 18; a guardian must also register for the tour if the individual wishes to participate.
Please note that no refunds will be given for absences or cancellations due to personal reasons, lateness, or other reasons. If you leave the group midway through the trip, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no refunds will be given. Furthermore, you will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from this.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the specified time. This product is non-refundable, non-changeable, and cannot be transferred to other trips or joined midway. If you are unable to participate in this trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for any resulting losses. Thank you for your understanding.
The departure time may be earlier or slightly later (the exact departure time will be subject to notification), so please prepare accordingly.
This may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. For your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to stop outdoor activities, subject to the actual situation on the day.
Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, and crowds on the day. We apologize for any delays or cancellations caused by the aforementioned factors or other unforeseen circumstances, and no refunds will be provided on such grounds.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
