2. Audio guide services are provided in English, Chinese and Korean on the bus.
3. Large carry-on luggage such as suitcases can be stored in the bus garage. The activity provider is not responsible for any damage or breakage of the luggage. ※ Requests for loading and unloading luggage in tourist facilities will not be accepted. 4. Lunch is at your own expense for this trip. Since you will stay in the Churaumi Aquarium for a long time, it is recommended that you eat in the aquarium.

6. An additional fee of JPY 100 is required to visit the Manzamo Trail.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 12 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 11 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
