The tour is subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather, the tour may be rescheduled
A minimum of 3 passengers is required for the helicopter to depart. If there are not enough members for a trip it can be rescheduled
Passengers must provide their passport details at the time of booking for flight registration.
In case of altitude sickness or any other emergency, the helicopter may need to return earlier than planned, and no refund will be provided.
The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary without prior notice if necessary for the safety of passengers.

- For cancellations made 2 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
