- Since the facility will only notify you of the specific pick-up time one day before the departure date, please select your desired pick-up and drop-off hotel. Unable to specify pick up time.
- From February 4 to February 11, 2024, due to traffic control in the Sapporo city center area during the Sapporo Snow Festival, only Sapporo View Hotel Odori Park pick-up is available during this period.
- 2 adults cannot ride in the same car.
- Children (19 years and under) are not allowed to drive alone. An adult male or an instructor is required to accompany the driver.
- Adult men can drive with one child in the back seat (women are not allowed to drive with children).
- Because women are weaker, two women cannot drive a car at the same time.
- Reservations are accepted starting from 2 snowmobiles.

Please note that this tour is only available in English and Japanese.
Once you arrive at the site, you may have to wait about an hour (exact times may vary) depending on the day's reservations before you can start your snowmobiling experience. At that time, guests can take photos in the beautiful snow scenery, or choose to experience the snow park first. Please understand.
The free shuttle bus may be delayed due to weather, snow, road congestion, etc. If there is a serious delay, guests may be asked to get off at a nearby subway station and leave the group.
It is not possible to bring large luggage to the car.
Outdoor sports in the snow carry certain risks, so please exercise caution when driving.
If there is a snowstorm on the day of use, the park may be temporarily closed.
We do not provide rental of snow boots or children's equipment (snow jackets, gloves, helmets).
The free pick-up bus will depart after all customer experiences are completed. Depending on the activities selected for the day, wait times may exceed 1 hour. (You can also return by yourself by taxi, JR, or bus.)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
