Iwao Asamizuya (French cuisine: November 18th and 25th)
Owner chef of "Maison de Cerise". Born in Tokyo in 1971. He discovered the joy of cooking when he was in high school, and after graduating from a vocational school, he became involved in cooking. At the age of 22, he was captivated by French cuisine and travelled to France. He then studied under Toki at Terra's, Auberge Kusunoki, and Ginza Lecrin, and at the age of 29, he opened Maison de Cerise in Setagaya. Sadaharu Nakajima (Japanese cuisine: November 6th, November 20th)
Owner and head chef of Shinjuku Kappo Nakajima. Born in Hiroo, Shibuya Ward, Tokyo in 1956. Born and raised in a family of chefs, his grandfather Nakajima Sadajiro was the first head chef of Hoshioka Saryo, run by Kitaoji Rosanjin.
