Travelers are responsible for the safety of their baggage. Any lost or damaged baggage is the traveler's liability. In case of vehicle mechanical failures, only partial refunds will be provided for lost or damaged baggage
If the bus is late, compensation will be provided based on the delay time. However, there will be no refund of the tour fee. The tour guide will explain the compensation details on-site, and travelers must comply with the guide's arrangements accordingly
In the event of weather, war, strikes, or force majeure leading to attraction cancellations, the supplier may change the itinerary. Attraction tickets will be refunded, excluding optional experiences. Please note that the tour registration fee is non-refundable
