- The vehicle type is subject to the number of travelers (7/14/55-61-seater vehicle)
- According to local laws, children under 8 years old must use a car seat. If a business/high roof/flat roof bus is used, each child under 8 will be charged as an adult. For other bus types, children below 2 years old can join for free if they do not occupy a seat (e.g., a group of 2 adults and 2 children below 2 years old)
- The vehicle type will be confirmed 2 days before the tour. If you are traveling with children below 2 years old, please contact KKday 2 days before departure to confirm the applicable package options

Travelers must carry their ID documents (e.g., passport, ID card) at all times in case of identity verification during the tour
Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult
Children below 8 years old must use a car seat according to local laws. If a business, high-roof, or flat-roof bus is used, each child below 8 years old must have a car seat. If traveling with children below 8 years old, please contact the local travel agency to confirm the vehicle type and car seat rental (US$10/day). Failure to do so may result in admission decline
Each traveler is allowed one piece of large-size luggage under 28" and 20 kg, as well as one piece of carry-on baggage

No refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of force majeure (e.g., weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) causing tour delays, inconvenience to travelers, or additional transportation expenses not included in this tour
Travelers are responsible for the safety of their baggage. Any lost or damaged baggage is the traveler's liability. In case of vehicle mechanical failures, only partial refunds will be provided for lost or damaged baggage
If the bus is late, compensation will be provided based on the delay time. However, there will be no refund of the tour fee. The tour guide will explain the compensation details on-site, and travelers must comply with the guide's arrangements accordingly
In the event of weather, war, strikes, or force majeure leading to attraction cancellations, the supplier may change the itinerary. Attraction tickets will be refunded, excluding optional experiences. Please note that the tour registration fee is non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
