You can add chili pepper, red pickled ginger, and Okinawa's unique seasoning, koregusu, to your liking on the table.
Please enjoy Okinawa's local dish "Jushii" with soba noodles♪ "Jushii" is a light-tasting Okinawan "cooked rice" made by cooking soki, pork, shimeji mushrooms, and carrots in soba broth. We also recommend serving it with pickled ginger as a condiment! Many people also order soba noodles with Orion beer, and most of the ceramics used to serve the food are handmade. You can feel the attention to detail that went into each and every one of them.
Our shop is welcoming you with the Okinawan-esque shisa statues that were hand-made by our previous owner! We also have lots of plants and Okinawan flowers, so you can feel the nature of Okinawa all year round. We also have 22 parking spaces in 4 locations to accommodate those who come by car.
