- Regarding decisions to be made in the event of rain -

<Basic Policy>

• At Haneda Yoga, ensuring the safety of participants is our number one priority. Therefore, whether or not Haneda Yoga can be held will be determined based on the weather forecast at 8:00 PM the day before, taking into account factors such as rainfall (snowfall), temperature, wind speed, and facility conditions.

Regarding the decision to cancel the event due to rain

• The decision to cancel due to rain will be as follows:

① In principle, a decision will be made at 8:00 PM the day before the event, and participants will be notified via the email address they registered whether the event will be cancelled or not.
*If a decision is made on the day, cancellation (refund) will be accepted as this is a last-minute decision.
Instructions on how to cancel will be provided along with the notice.

②If a decision is made on the day, a final decision will be made at 7:00 and we will notify you of cancellation or implementation via the email address you registered.
