Yachts can be used normally even in the case of a small amount of rain.
When forecasting rain and strong wind : We will contact you individually one day before the date of use after checking the weather
Cancellation of reservation through individual contact: 100% refund or reservation date can be changed
On the day of experience : Refund or reservation date cannot be changed due to the rain

Reminders

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time for the boarding list and safety training. If you do not arrive within departure time, it will be considered a cancellation on the same day and non-refundable.

  • Please follow the captain's safety instructions when boarding and disembarking and please refrain from doing anything that harms other customers.

  • Yacht is a marine leisure sport that is highly affected by the weather. Please understand that the reservation may be canceled for your safety depending on weather conditions and yacht conditions.

  • Pregnant women, the elderly, and drunk people are not allowed to board.

  • Outside food is not allowed.

  • If it is impossible to make a reservation due to the operator's circumstances, our CS team will inform you via email.

  • Infants under 36 months old are free of charge, and they must bring proof document (e.g. passport) to verify their age when boarding.

  • The reservation may be canceled if the minimum number of people for sailing is not met. In this case, we will contact you a day in advance, and a 100% refund is possible.

  • Wearing a life jackets are essential.

How to Use

1. Complete the reservation with the desired date and time.
2. Check your mobile voucher or email voucher.
※ The voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.
3. Please arrive at the experience place at least 15 minutes before and complete the ship boarding list.
4. Start the experience with the guidance of the staff.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
