Operator reserves the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, production restrictions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a tour
If any staff from The Vino Bus believes you are heavily intoxicated, you may be prevented from further wine tasting. No compensation or refund will be provided
The operator does not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense resulting from war or terrorist activities threatened or actual, riot or civil unrest, industrial action threatened or actual, weather conditions, fire, flood, drought, closures, unforeseen alterations to public transport schedules, rescheduling of aircraft or boats, epidemic or outbreaks of illness or any other event outside our control which either delays or extends or reduces the trip, or compels a change in the trip arrangements after departure (“Force Majeure”)
The Vino Bus reserves the right to refuse to carry a person who's behaviour is affecting the other passengers experience in a negative way. Any threats to the driver, passengers or winery staff that are verbal or physical will result in the removal from the tour. If you are required to leave the tour due to a behavioural issue, no refund will be issued
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 22 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 6 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
