・Depending on the number of tourists on the day, you will visit the Narizawa Ice Cave or the Fugaku Wind Cave. The specific arrangements will be informed by the tour guide on the day.
・The floor inside the cave is slippery, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.
・The cave is not suitable for children under 3 years old, persons under 100 centimeters tall, individuals being held, or pregnant women. No refunds are provided in these circumstances.
・There are stone steps inside the cave, including a 20-meter uphill section. Seniors using crutches or visitors wearing high heels may be denied entry without refund.
・Depending on weather and growing conditions, the grape picking activity may be replaced with a souvenir option.
・The lunch menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients.

･Due to road conditions, the scheduled time and content may be changed.
･If you need to take a taxi or stay overnight due to delay, our company will not be responsible for any claims.
･Depending on the number of participants, medium or small buses may be used.
･There are no toilets on the bus, but toilet stops will be arranged.
･Smoking is prohibited on buses and in most venues. If you wish to smoke, please consult with our tour guide on the day.
･The arrival location may be different from the meeting point.
･If you have any food allergies, please inform us at the time of booking. (We will try to remove relevant ingredients, but completely contamination-free cooking may not be guaranteed.)
･If you require any special arrangements, please inform us when applying. (Some requests may incur additional charges.) If requested, our company will accommodate this to the extent possible. Additionally, you may be required to provide written documentation of the situation.
･Due to the "Act on Work Style Reform" that was implemented on April 1, 2019, the working hours of tour guides and drivers are limited. Therefore, meal breaks during the itinerary will be considered rest breaks for the tour guide. During free time, guests need to arrange their own time.
･The storage period for lost items is two weeks after the end of the trip. However, perishable foods or items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please understand this beforehand.
･Bus seats will be allocated by our company.
･In case of emergency, you may be seated next to the tour guide.
･Facility entrance fees included in the tour price may differ from the listed price. There will be no refunds or additional charges for price differences once the tour has departed.
･If the number of participants does not reach 20, or if the tour cannot be operated due to force majeure such as a disaster or accident, we may request changes or cancellations within 3 days before the start of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
