The tour guide's language is primarily Japanese. Language support services will be provided through video translation or machine translation.
When there are fewer people, we may use a small car. (This service is called a "small car with driver" and is a combination of a taxi and a driver.) Furthermore, the accompanying driver will also serve as a staff member, and we will provide voice support using a video interpreter.
Lunch and dessert items may change at any time depending on the restaurant's stock availability.
Important notice: Ashikaga Flower Park will be closed on December 31st, and the itinerary will be changed to watch the Sagami Lake Light Show.
The shops in Michi-no-Eki Denen Plaza Kawaba have their own regular holidays. Please understand this.
If the itinerary is delayed due to traffic congestion, etc., the shopping trip to Michi-no-Eki Denen Plaza Kawaba may be cancelled.
