The voucher is valid for redemption within 2 months from date of issue. Please redeem your SIM card within the validity period.
SIM card registration is mandatory, and activation of SIM card will be done upon collection. If you would like to activate your SIM card on different dates, please make a separate booking and redeem the cards on separate dates.
Each Passport holder can only register up to 3 Prepaid SIM cards (regardless of service provider).
The person registering the SIM card must be at least 15 years old.
SIM registration with passport will be subjected to thirty (30) days validity as per IMDA’s regulations.
The quality of communication may be affected by outside conditions such as surrounding landforms (i.e. mountains), location, weather, obstruction by buildings or the number of users.
