2. If the reservation is unavailable on your selected date and time, our CS team will contact you via email.
3. Cruise operation times may be changed or canceled due to vessel conditions or weather, and the route may be subject to change without prior notice due to local festivals or other factors.
4. All passengers must fill out a boarding registration form and present their ID at the ticket office to exchange for a paper ticket. (Entry with a mobile ticket is not permitted due to the ID verification process.)
5. The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain, a famous night view spot in Seoul, operates only from April to October. Additionally, it may not operate depending on Seoul City's decisions due to weather or other factors, and some routes may change without notice due to Han River water level adjustments.
6. During the COVID-19 period, the maximum number of passengers may be adjusted according to quarantine guidelines, and vaccination status may be checked on-site.
7. Electric wheelchairs and electric strollers are not permitted on board (foldable strollers may be brought on board if folded).

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

The minimum number of participants is 20, if not enough, the tour will be cancelled. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
AR fishing games may not be downloadable or playable depending on the mobile connection environment.
Cruise models may change due to regular maintenance, wedding rentals, etc.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
