- Pick-up service is not available for locations outside the designated pick-up area. If it is beyond the pick-up range or you feel that the pick-up time is early, you can go to our meeting point to get on the bus. The following two meeting points are available: 7:30 am Exit C of Ding'an Road Subway Station of Hangzhou Line 1 / 8:00 am Leifeng Pagoda Scenic Area "No large luggage is allowed at this meeting point"
- Warm reminder: When choosing a hotel location, it is recommended that hotels near Ding'an Road, Wushan Square, West Lake Avenue, Yan'an Road, Jiefang Road, Hefang Street, Hangzhou Station and close to distribution points can provide door-to-door pick-up.
- Around 6:30 am-7:30 am in the morning, we will pick you up from four pick-up points in the southeast, northwest and towards the city center. The specific pick-up time cannot be accurate to the minute due to traffic conditions. The tour guide will contact you about 30 minutes in advance on the day. Please be sure to arrive about 10 minutes in advance according to the time notified by the tour guide to avoid being late!
- During peak season weekends, May Day, National Day, and Spring Festival holidays, due to traffic restrictions and traffic restrictions in the West Lake Scenic Area, we need to leave early to enter the scenic area.
