【Service Process】
－Arrival Service－
After landing, please follow the airport signs for 'Arrival Immigration' to the immigration inspection area.
Before reaching the immigration inspection area, look for the staff member holding a sign that says 'Love Vietnam'.
【Special Note for Hanoi Airport】
Due to different operational regulations at Hanoi Airport, the on-site staff for arrival services will hold a sign that says 'WELCOME TO NỘI BÀI' instead of 'Love Vietnam'. Please take note of this for identification.The staff member will verify your information and guide you to the designated priority immigration lane.
Once you have entered the immigration inspection area, the staff member is unable to enter the queue to provide further assistance, in accordance with airport immigration regulations.
Please remain in the designated immigration lane at all times. If you leave or change lanes on your own, the service may be interrupted.
You are required to complete the immigration inspection process yourself according to on-site instructions. The arrival service concludes once the immigration inspection is completed.
－Departure Service－
Upon arriving at the airport, please proceed to your airline counter to complete check-in and baggage drop-off on your own.
Please arrive at the designated departure meeting point 2 hours before your flight departure and look for the staff member holding a sign that says 'Love Vietnam'.
The staff member will verify your information and guide you to the designated priority immigration lane.
Once you have entered the immigration inspection area, the staff member is unable to enter the queue to provide further assistance, in accordance with airport immigration regulations.
Please remain in the designated immigration lane at all times. If you leave or change lanes on your own, the service may be interrupted.
For passengers who have not purchased the fast security check, please complete the immigration inspection process yourself according to on-site instructions. The departure service concludes once the inspection is completed.
For passengers who have purchased the fast security check, after the immigration inspection is completed, the staff member will assist in guiding you to the fast security lane. The departure service concludes once the security check is completed.

According to airport policy, Vietnamese passport holders cannot use the entry/exit clearance service. This service is only available at Da Nang and Phu Quoc airports. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Travelers are responsible for having a passport that is valid for more than 6 months from the date of use of the service and documents (visa) appropriate for the purpose of entry upon arrival.
This service is only available for international flights. Please ensure that the service airport matches your flight's arrival airport. Incorrect information leading to discrepancies in service times will affect on-site service, and any resulting impact will be borne by the passenger.
If you are unable to arrive as originally planned due to flight changes or other issues, please contact customer service promptly. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for any problems and losses incurred.
If the service cannot be arranged due to a significant discrepancy between the airport information ordered and the flight information provided, or due to errors in the information that result in the service not meeting the conditions, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
Travelers are responsible for having a passport valid for more than 6 months, along with relevant documents and visas appropriate for their purpose of entry, on the day of service use. This service does not include Vietnamese visa application or processing.
This service is only applicable to those with e-visas. If the traveler has a visa on arrival, a waiting service fee of US$6 will be charged on-site due to additional waiting and processing time. Travelers are responsible for preparing the necessary forms, photos, and fees themselves.
Passengers holding Chinese passports need to prepare US$5 and two passport photos (4×6 cm or 2×2 inch) for entry into Vietnam.
Children: Must be under 11 years of age on the day of service use. No refunds will be given if the service cannot be used due to exceeding the age limit.
