Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Age restriction for Rafting or ATV activities: Participants must be at least 6 years old. If it is found on-site that a participant does not meet the age requirement, we reserve the right to cancel that portion of the activity without a refund.
A valid passport is required to join the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) tour.
The itinerary is subject to change depending on local traffic/weather conditions.
Pregnant individuals, those with epilepsy, or those with heart conditions are not advised to participate in rafting activities and please wear suitable cloths and shoes for rafting and towel for taking a shower.
⚠️ Please note that personal travel insurance is not included in the tour. Outdoor activities involve certain risks and hazards. Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and capability before participating. Please read the tour information carefully before booking. The company is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
Departure Notice: Tour guides will not contact guests individually via private messaging apps. A final confirmation email will be sent 2–3 days before departure to the email address you provided. Please check your inbox to ensure you receive the latest tour updates.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
