Performers may change depending on various circumstances. Please understand that cancellations due to changes in performers are not possible.

Cancellations after confirmation of reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that refunds are not possible.

Seats are decided on the day. Please understand that zone and seat numbers cannot be designated in advance.

Bringing food into the concert hall is prohibited (water is allowed).

Telephoto camera photography and video recording are prohibited within the venue. Baggage may be inspected prior to entering the venue.

Neither our company nor the organizer is responsible for any loss or theft of tickets after receiving them. (Tickets cannot be reissued)

Please be sure to bring the passport or alien registration card (original) of all participants on the day.

This ticket is for foreigners only (Koreans cannot reserve).

If a minor makes a reservation, the reservation is considered to have been made with parental permission.

You can enter before the performance starts (17:00), but you cannot enter after the performance starts.
