◎ Children over 9 years old are priced the same as adults; children 5 to 8 years old are 75% of the adult price; children under 4 years old are free (excluding attraction tickets).
◎ The minimum number of people in the group is 2. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group specified above, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent one day before the departure date.
◎ In order to apply for travel liability insurance, please be sure to fill in the "Each Passenger Information" in detail. If you have a 4-year-old child, please make a note when placing your order.
◎ If you have "special dietary needs", please inform us in the remarks column when ordering.
◎ Travelers with limited mobility or those who are pregnant for 5 months or more are not recommended to participate in the Lulong Bay cruise activity. Please consider placing an order.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
