- Additional tunnel toll: The package includes one round-trip toll to the Hung Hom Cross Harbor Tunnel. If you need to use other toll tunnels additionally, passengers need to pay the relevant fees.
- Parking lot fees: During the service process, the driver will wait at a location near the destination to avoid incurring additional fees. If the passenger asks the driver to wait in a paid parking or area, the driver must pay the relevant fees.
- Designated Tunnel Fees If passengers designate to use the Western Harbor Crossing or Tai Lam Tunnel, passengers need to pay relevant fees.
- Over-kilometer fee: After exceeding the number of kilometers included in the package, if the passenger continues to use the car, he or she must pay an over-kilometer fee. All models are charged HKD 10/1 kilometer. If the mileage is less than 1 kilometer, it will be calculated as 1 kilometer.
- Overtime fee: If the passenger continues to use the car after exceeding the time included in the package, he or she will need to pay an overtime fee, which is HKD 350 per hour (calculated in units of 1 hour)
- Free waiting time: private charter car service starts from the agreed service time
Reminders
There is no free waiting time for chartered car service, and it will be calculated from the agreed service time.
During the service process, the driver will wait at a location near the destination to avoid parking fees. If the passenger asks the driver to wait in a paid parking area or area, the driver must pay the relevant fees.
Driving kilometers: 4-hour package includes 100 kilometers; 6-hour package includes 150 kilometers; 8-hour package includes 200 kilometers
Over-kilometer fee: After exceeding the number of kilometers included in the package, if the passenger continues to use the car, he or she must pay an over-kilometer fee. All models are charged HKD 10/1 kilometer. If the mileage is less than 1 kilometer, it will be calculated as 1 kilometer.
After exceeding the time included in the package, if passengers continue to use the car, they will need to pay overtime fees. The hourly charges are: HKD250 for 5-seater models; HKD350 for 7-seater models (calculated in units of 1 hour)
If force majeure or unforeseen events occur, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, the order fee will be fully refunded.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
