【Notes for Visitors】

1. Please ensure you carry a valid ID for all visitors on the day of your visit. If the ID presented does not match the booking information, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the ticket, and you will be denied entry without a refund or exchange.
   
2. Please keep your ticket collection code safe and do not share it with others. Disclosure or loss of the code will result in an inability to enter the park, and a new ticket must be purchased. Please keep your ski card safe after collection. If you are unable to enter or enjoy the facilities due to loss or damage, you will need to purchase a new ticket.
3. With the ski card, you can choose to collect either Snowboard or Ski equipment. Once collected, it cannot be exchanged.
4. Please pay attention to the actual performance schedule for the day and plan your time accordingly. Seating is unassigned and on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry begins 30 minutes before the show. 
5. Attractions have requirements regarding height, weight, age, and supervision. Please evaluate your physical condition before participating. Specific requirements are subject to the notices posted at the park/ski resort.
6. Some attractions in the park/ski resort are not suitable for pregnant women, those under the influence of alcohol, or individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, neck/back conditions, epilepsy, asthma, or other conditions medically advised against strenuous exercise. Please choose your activities carefully. 
7. Please keep your ticket collection code safe and do not share it with others. Disclosure or loss of the code will result in an inability to enter the park/ski resort, and a new ticket must be purchased. Please keep your ski card or ticket safe after collection. If you are unable to enter or enjoy the facilities due to loss or damage, you will need to purchase a new ticket. Please keep your ticket with you at all times during your visit and present it when requested by staff.
8. By cooperating with facial recognition registration, visitors agree to Sunac's collection and storage of their facial information. Once registered, facial information cannot be changed and is used solely for the purpose of identifying visitors for the experiences.
9. For performances not included in the ticket or paid performances introduced by the park, please purchase separate tickets if you wish to attend.

【Sunac Land Ticket Information】

1. Guangzhou Sunac Land: Children under 1.5 meters (excluding 1.5m) (children under 1 meter are not recommended to purchase a pass due to equipment height restrictions) are eligible for discounted tickets. At least one adult must accompany the child. Discounted tickets must be purchased with a valid ID, and the same ID must be presented on the day of entry. If you cannot present it, you must pay the price difference based on the walk-in rate. Preferential policies are for reference only; please refer to the park's disclosure on the day of your visit. Children under 1 meter (excluding 1m) can enjoy Sunac Land's self-operated gate facilities for free (excluding joint-venture projects). Please refer to the park's daily notices for specific available equipment, subject to the minimum height/safety requirements of each facility. Each child entering for free must be accompanied by a paying adult who is capable of providing safety supervision. Each paying adult can only bring one child for free. Some equipment has height, weight, and supervision requirements; please evaluate your physical condition before participating. Currently, all tickets included in the package are the same price for adults and children. No price difference will be refunded for one adult and one child purchases. If there are more than two people, please purchase additional tickets separately according to the policies above. Actual conditions are subject to the park's daily notices. Tickets can only be booked for the same day on the day before public holidays.
2. Ticket Collection: Collect the redemption voucher at the hotel front desk during check-in and select your usage time. Redeem it for a Sunac Land all-access pass at the park. All equipment operates on a 1-person-1-ticket basis, with the same price for adults and children.
3. Ticket Exclusions: Personal expenses, items not mentioned in the inclusions, and other performances or paid attractions introduced by the park.
   
4. Tickets are non-transferable and allow unlimited access to Sunac Land's facilities open on the day within the specified time. Please refer to the actual park operations on the day of your visit. Children under 1 meter (excluding 1m) can enjoy the facilities included in the ticket for free (subject to minimum ride requirements). Each child must be accompanied by a paying adult capable of safety supervision. Each paying adult can only bring one child for free. 5. Sunac Land Night Session Information: Sunac Land (except from May 31 to June 2) will start night activities at 15:00. To ensure a good experience for every visitor and for safety reasons, entry to the park requires an annual pass or a ticket (excluding single-ride tickets and some special ticket types). Tickets purchased allow for a single entry per day for two days starting from the selected date. If you leave the park and wish to re-enter, you must purchase a new ticket. The specific dates and times for night activities are subject to official park announcements or on-site notices. 

6. Instructions for all-day admission to Sunac Land: Sunac Land will require tickets for all-day admission from May 31 to June 2. Entry to the park requires an annual pass or a ticket (excluding single-item tickets and certain special ticket types). This ticket allows for a single entry per day for two days starting from the selected date of visit. If you need to re-enter after leaving the park, please purchase a new ticket. The specific dates and times for the all-day ticket requirement are subject to the official announcements of the attraction or on-site notices.

【Safety and Security Notice】

1. Skiing is a high-risk sport. If you suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, or have been advised by a doctor not to engage in strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, or your behavior is affected by medication, please choose to participate with caution based on your physical condition. 
2. Minors should be accompanied by an adult when skiing. It is not recommended for the elderly to participate in skiing.
3. It is recommended to purchase sports accident insurance that includes skiing in advance. Please read and comply with all safety tips, venue rules, and equipment usage instructions, including the 'Admission Notice', 'Security Check Notice', 'Skier Notice', 'Skier Code of Conduct', and 'Skier Behavior and Safety Rules' posted in the venue. Please observe all warning and reminder signs in the venue and comply with relevant regulations.
4. The venue is equipped with ski slopes of varying difficulty, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced slopes. Beginners entering intermediate or advanced slopes are prone to sports injuries. Additionally, the venue features jumps, rails, and terrain park areas; entering these areas requires a high level of skiing skill. Please choose your activities carefully based on your own skiing level, ensure you stay within your skill range while skiing, and pay attention to safety. 
5. Please wear a ski helmet at all times. It is recommended to bring and wear your own gloves, goggles, face masks, wrist guards, elbow pads, back protectors, knee pads, and hip protectors to minimize the risk of injury.
6. Please choose ski equipment suitable for your skill level. Before skiing, check that the rented equipment is in good condition. Ensure the release pressure of the Ski bindings matches your height, weight, and shoe size, and that the release torque of the Ski bindings is appropriate. Check that the angle and spacing of the Snowboard bindings are correct. If they are not suitable, please inform the staff immediately to have them adjusted or replaced.
7. It is recommended that beginners hire a ski instructor for guidance before heading onto the slopes. The venue provides ski instruction services; please purchase as needed.
8. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following behaviors: 

• Using products beyond the scope of your rights (including areas, items, etc.), conducting unauthorized or unapproved ski instruction, commercial filming, live streaming, personal peddling, acquiring or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or other improper uses; 
• Permitting others to use your product rights through transfer, resale, or lending; 
• Engaging in any dangerous, illegal, or aggressive behavior; 
• Engaging in behavior that seriously affects the normal operation of the ski resort or seriously compromises the personal safety or property of others; 
• Other inappropriate behaviors.

In the event of the above situations, the ski resort reserves the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without assuming any liability for compensation or breach of contract: 

• Adding you to the visitor blacklist, including the Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park blacklist (you will be unable to enter Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park), the Sunac Snow Park brand blacklist (you will be unable to enter any Sunac Snow Park locations or other cooperative ski resorts), and industry alliance blacklists; 
• Revoking, invalidating, or freezing your products and rights; any remaining unused period/fees will not be extended, deferred, or refunded; 
• Charging a penalty fee of 30% of the order amount. If the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses, further compensation will be sought. 

9. Smoking is prohibited inside the ski resort (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce smoke). To create a pleasant environment, please do not smoke inside the ski resort; otherwise, the resort will add you to the visitor blacklist and prohibit you from entering for 15 days. 

10. If any facilities or equipment in the ski resort experience abnormalities or malfunctions during operation, they may need to be shut down for inspection. Some facilities or equipment may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, no ticket extensions or refunds will be provided.

11. Due to capacity, severe weather, special events, safety, or order, the operating hours of the ski resort or the availability of attractions may be adjusted. Please refer to the actual announcements made by the ski resort on the day of your visit. 

12. Please cooperate with security checks before entry. Do not bring flammable, explosive, or dangerous items, state-controlled weapons, or items that pose a safety hazard. Personal sales by visitors are prohibited inside the ski resort; please do not bring excessive items. Outside food, beverages, and drinking water (except for infant food) may cause food hygiene and safety issues; please finish consuming them before entry. 

13. If you experience any discomfort or emergency during your visit, please seek help from on-site staff immediately or call the rescue hotline at 020-66838071. 

14. The 'ski resort' mentioned and applicable in this product refers to the Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park indoor ski resort operated by 'Guangzhou Rongxuan Culture Tourism Management Co., Ltd.'.
