Regarding changing the package after visiting the store on the day: You can upgrade your package by paying the difference in price.
If you would like to adjust to a lower price package, we will provide you with a kimono at a lower price than the original package price, but please note that we cannot refund the difference. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If you are more than an hour late and there is no notice, you will be considered absent and no refund will be given.
Please return the kimono by 5:00 pm on the day of your arrival. If you return the kimono after that time, an extension fee will be charged.
If the kimono is obviously stained or damaged due to personal reasons, appropriate compensation will be required.
