  • If a medical form has been incorrectly completed, Frankland Islands reserves the right to prohibit any customer from participating in introductory scuba diving or snorkeling activities on board our vessel

  • For safety reason, Frankland Islands reserves the right to prevent any customer’s participation in scuba diving if they are deemed physically or medically unfit to do so or in Frankland Islands sole discretion

  • Tours are subject to the risks and perils of scuba diving in changeable conditions in an open water environment

  • It is strongly recommended a wait of 24 hours before flying after diving

  • Customers must not participate in scuba diving or snorkeling under the influence of alcohol or drugs, entry to the water may be refused if there are reasonable grounds to believe a customer has consumed alcohol or drugs that could impair their ability to dive or snorkel safely

  • Fishing is not permitted on this tour

  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
