- This tour operates in Rovaniemi during the winter months, weather permitting
- Each participant driving a snowmobile must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license. Please remember to bring your driver's license with you
- Two passengers per snowmobile. For groups of three participants or any other odd number of guests, consider purchasing a single driver supplement
- The snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the vehicle
- Children aged 4–14 years will be seated in a sled behind the guide’s snowmobile. It is highly recommended that one of the parents accompany a small child in the sled for the child’s comfort and safety
- If a child over 140 cm wishes to ride as a passenger on a snowmobile, a full adult price will be charged (subject to availability)
- Prices include transfers to/from accommodations at selected meeting points. Guests staying in the city center or accommodations not listed below should meet at the Safartica Office or the nearest possible meeting point
- Winter clothing includes a thermal overall, winter boots, woolen socks, a woolen scarf, a beanie, and gloves
- The meeting time for safaris is always before the starting time. You will receive your meeting time and point upon confirmation. The safari begins when the group is clothed and ready to go. Missing the meeting time and point will result in a missed safari, which will not be refunded
