Reminders
Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time.
Late & No-Show Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late due to personal reasons, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided. Even if the session starts late, the end time will remain the same, so please be punctual.
Parking Information: You may use nearby public parking lots. Parking fees are not provided.
Preparation for Accurate Diagnosis: For accurate results, we recommend coming with a bare face (no makeup). If you apply sunscreen, please use a product that does not affect your skin tone (no white cast).
Glasses & Contact Lenses: If you wear glasses or colored contact lenses, please wear clear contact lenses if possible. (The diagnosis will be conducted without glasses.)
Personal Items: You are welcome to bring glasses or accessories you would like to check after the color analysis.
Makeup Pouch Check: Please bring your regularly used cosmetic products so we can review them together.
Clothing Guide: Please avoid tops that cover the neck (such as turtlenecks).
Body Shape Analysis: If you have reserved a body shape analysis, please wear a fitted top that is not too thick.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
