— Non-Operation Compensation (NOC) —

In the unlikely event of incidents like accidents, theft, breakdown, or defacement, where vehicle repairs or cleaning are necessary, you are required to pay the following fees (tax-exempt):
- Self-Return to scheduled store: JP¥20,000
- Unable to Self-Return or Non-Return: JP¥50,000
By enrolling in the NOC system, you can avoid these NOC charges
Please note that these amounts are separate from the rental fee. If a key is lost, the customer is responsible for the cost and may need to visit the store or arrange a motorbike delivery service for key duplication, incurring an extra fee

Operating hours are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Car lending or returns outside of these hours are not available
Vehicles must be returned by 6:30 pm
