This service does not include Airbnb options and is only available at hotels with a counter!
Please keep your ID card, passport, cash, tickets and other valuables with you at all times, as they will not be available for retrieval during the service.
The fee is calculated per piece of luggage. If the number of luggage exceeds the booked number, an additional fee will be charged on-site. Luggage can only be collected at the destination after payment is completed. Please note.
If staff are unable to contact the passenger within 30 minutes of the scheduled delivery time, the order will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
[Regarding airport services]
The latest pickup time is 2 hours (inclusive) before the flight departure time. If the pickup time is less than 2 hours before the flight departure time, we will not be liable for any subsequent losses.
If your flight is cancelled, you will receive a full refund if you notify customer service to cancel your order before the staff picks up your luggage. If you notify customer service to cancel your order after the staff has picked up your luggage, you will not receive a refund, and the staff will send your luggage to the location designated by you.
Even if a flight is delayed, staff will still transport the luggage to the passenger's designated location.
If the flight is delayed by 60 minutes or less, our staff will wait for 90 minutes free of charge from the time you booked the delivery. If the delivery cannot be made within 90 minutes, it will be considered as a waiver of service and no refund will be given.
[Regarding Hotel Services]
When storing your luggage, please inform the hotel front desk staff that you have entrusted "LuggAgent" to retrieve your luggage. The staff will retrieve your luggage based on the photo on the storage receipt. Please be sure to provide photos of your luggage and the storage receipt.
If you fail to upload photos of your luggage and the storage receipt before the designated drop-off time, resulting in staff taking the wrong luggage or not receiving your luggage, you will be solely responsible for any related consequences.
If you only need to check in some of your luggage, please store them separately and obtain separate receipts from the front desk staff; if you store all your luggage together, it will be considered as a full-service check-in and the staff will collect it all at once.
If the hotel front desk does not provide a luggage storage receipt, please provide your "booking name" and "room number" and inform the hotel front desk staff that you will collect your luggage with a photo of your luggage, your booking name, and your room number.
Please upload a screenshot of your hotel booking confirmation (including the name of the person who made the booking). Your luggage will be stored at the front desk after it arrives, and you can pick it up upon check-in.
After ordering, you will receive a handover instruction and handover details via email. All details will be based on the email's contents. If you do not receive the email, please contact service@luggagent.com directly.
