・Disclaimer: Skiing is a high-risk activity that involves certain risks. Even with the protection of an instructor, there is still a certain probability of danger. Be sure to purchase insurance in advance.
・The rental time in Niseko is very long, and there are many people waiting in line for the cable car. Please prepare your itinerary in advance and rent it one hour in advance.
・If possible, it is recommended to choose Rusutsu or NISEKO MOIWA, as the learning efficiency will be greatly improved.
・Please make transportation plans in advance. Each meeting point is quite different, so please don’t go to the wrong place.
・Teaching is not possible in some areas due to ski area control, please go to a suitable gathering location. Guests taking the full-day course can arrange free pick-up and drop-off for 3 places per day (only transfers within Niseko).

Many first-time skiers often ask us whether to choose skiing or snowboarding. Our recommendation is to follow your first preference: snowboarding is harder to start with but progresses quickly once you advance, while skiing is easier for beginners but more challenging at advanced levels.
Similar to the hotel refund method, except for full refunds caused by force majeure (such as epidemic disasters), everything else needs to deduct a handling fee.
The meeting location varies depending on the ski resort you choose. We will contact you after booking and notify you of the detailed meeting location. Please be informed.
Access to some Niseko ski resorts is restricted. Please follow the advice and be prepared to move to the gathering place.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 5 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
