- Please note that climbers must be a minimum of 10 years old, have a minimum height of 130cm, and a maximum weight of 130 kg
- Children aged 6-9 or between 110-130cm tall need to be accompanied by an adult during the climb (1:1 ratio: 1 child to 1 adult)
- Children aged 10-16 years old with a minimum height of 130cm, must have 1 adult for up to 3 children.(3:1 ratio: 3 children to 1 adult)
- This tour includes climbing high and steep stairs and passageways under various weather conditions. Climbers are recommended to evaluate their physical conditions before booking
- Climbers are required to fill out a Climber Declaration & Acknowledgement on-site

This climbing experience is not suitable for below who may be prevented from participating:
- Climbers who are over 20 weeks pregnant cannot Climb. Those who are under 20 weeks pregnant can climb at own risk
- High/low blood pressure

Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The climb will not be affected by ordinary weather conditions; refunds or rescheduling will not be granted to late arrivals or no-shows resulting from unsatisfactory weather conditions (e.g. rain, typhoon)
The climb is an all weather experience, except for electrical storms or hail, and it will be decided after the 20 minutes safety induction. So please attend on time, and no-shows won't be rescheduled or refunded
Climbers must wear closed comfortable clothing, enclosed rubber soled shoes
Climbers must have a blood-alcohol reading below 0.05 to climb
For safety and security reasons, cameras, video technology and mobile devices are prohibited on the climb
Lockers will be provided, where climbers can safely store any bags or personal items that cannot be taken with climbers
