  • Weight limit: 120 kg maximum
  • Height limit: 210 cm maximum
  • All participants must be able to swim
  • You will be kayaking for 3 to 4 hours
  • Bring swimwear, footwear you don’t mind getting wet, warm wool or synthetic thermals, a sun hat, a change of clothes, sun screen, water, lunch, and snacks
  • You can meet your guide at the Outdoor Norway lounge tent to start this experience. It is located at the waterfront, close to the new gondola, in front of Fleischer’s Hotel
