Ferry operation may be canceled or delayed due to inclement weather or other reasons. In the event of cancellation, it will be possible to reschedule the trip for the next day or later. In such cases, passengers will be responsible for any additional expenses

Boarding procedures (check-in) and immigration inspections at each port close 30 minutes before departure time. Please come to the terminal well in advance as you will not be allowed to board the ship after the closing time

Please complete check-in at least 45 minutes (Hakata port) / 60 minutes (Busan port) before the departure time, as it may take time to complete procedures during busy times

Luggage: Passengers are allowed to carry as much luggage on board as they can smoothly carry at one time, just as they would on a train. Please note that it is not possible to check in your baggage. All baggage must be carried by the passengers themselves

For the following customers, please let us know in the remarks column when making a reservation.・Passengers using wheelchairs ・Passengers using electric wheelchairs ・Passengers carrying special baggage ・Passengers under the age of 6 who are not accompanied by an adult ・Passengers who are blind or have difficulty walking alone

Pregnant passengers are required to submit the following information when boarding the ship.・28 to 14 days prior to the expected date of delivery: medical certificate and a written consent ・Within 14 days of the expected date of delivery: medical certificate, written consent and accompaniment of a physician. (one copy of the medical certificate must be issued within 7 days of the date of embarkation, stating that the passenger is fit to board the ship. The consent form is available at the check-in counter and must be completed)
