Reminders
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Guests who do not arrive before the booking time will be considered no-shows, and no refund will be provided
Guests must accurately complete the booking form, including providing the correct number of participants, designating a skipper, and selecting a hire period
The guest and/or the skipper may need to present identification documents at the time of hire
Please ensure that the nominated skipper on the form is at least 18 years old, physically capable of operating the boat, and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol exceeding 0.00% blood alcohol content during the hire period
A late return fee of approximately AUD50 will be charged for every 15 minutes the boat is returned later than the scheduled hire period
The boat company reserves the right to refuse boat hire if the skipper is absent, intoxicated, fails to comply with instructions, or is deemed unsuitable
There are toilets on-site, and it is recommended to use the bathroom before going onboard

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
