This is not a private tour, you will join the tour with other guests.
If the minimum number of participants (30) is not met by (3) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.
Bus does not have a restroom. Please go to a restroom before getting on the bus in advance.
Lost items can be kept for 2 weeks. However, items that are difficult to keep in the store will be disposed.
Our company will decide the seats on the bus.
Reminders
After the scheduled departure time, the tour will start at the discretion of our staff, so please strictly observe the time set for meeting.
The scheduled time and itinerary may change due to traffic conditions.
If you should arrive far behind schedule, and if you should need to take a taxi or stay overnight, any claim for damages may not be met by H.I.S.
Depending on the number of participants, it will be changed to a medium-sized bus or a small bus.
The sightseeing bus does not have a restroom.
Smoking is not allowed during the travel by bus.
You may not get your seat reclined in the bus.
The bus may arrive at a different place from the meeting place.
Items which you have left in the bus will be kept for two weeks after the end date of the tour. After that, we will immediately dispose of them. Please allow us to dump immediately fresh foods and any items that are difficult to keep and store. Thank you for your understanding.
Please refrain from participating with pets.
H.I.S. will make a seating chart for the bus tour.
In an emergency, please allow the tour conductor to share your seats with you.
Facility entrance fees included in the tour price may be different from the official price. There is no refund or additional charge if there is any difference from the official price after the tour starts.
If the number of participants is less than 30, or if the tour cannot be operated due to force majeure such as a disaster or an accident, the announcement of postponement or cancellation must be made until the date 3 days prior to the start of the tour (For accommodation, until the date 13 days prior to the start of the tour).
We may not be able to meet your request for allocation of seats, for smoking/non-smoking hotel rooms, or refraining from allergy.
If you make an application on the Internet, we will send an E-mail to you concerning the trip that you have reserved. No letter or documents will be delivered by postal service.
(Important Notes During Bus Tour)
1.We ask for your cooperation in refraining from drinking alcohol on the bus.
2.As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
3.Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running.
Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff, please do not change your seat during the tour.
Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for latecomers.
If latecomers wish to rejoin the group again afterward, all transportation fees will be at the customer's own expense.
Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly.
Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain.
Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.
Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phones and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.
Talking on mobile phones and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
Arrival time at each sightseeing sport may differ depending on traffic conditions.
Use of drones for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause trouble to other customers.
Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.
Please do not forget and leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
