1. Ticket Collection Information
- You can pick up your ticket 1 hour prior to the performance
- Please be sure to bring your reservation details and a valid ID of the person who made the reservation when picking up your ticket. Cancellations, refunds, and changes to reserved tickets are not possible after the cancellation deadline. (Your ID must clearly show your photo, name, resident registration number, and issuing authority.)
- Cancellations, refunds, and changes are not possible on the day of the performance. If you fail to bring the required documentation for your discount, you must pay the discounted amount difference (the discounted amount compared to the full price). It is not possible to change the type of discount at the venue due to missing documentation.
- Please note that tickets cannot be reissued if they are lost or damaged.
- On-site sales will be conducted only for the remaining seats on the day of the performance, and no separate notice will be given regarding on-site sales.
- The casting schedule is subject to change without prior notice, depending on the circumstances of the actors and the production company.
