Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
15% from the per day rental fee.
*Collision Damage Waiver is provided to Hirer to reduce the excess liability to minimal.
*CDW coverage will only be effective with the availability of a police report within 24 hours pertaining to the damages caused to the damages caused to the rented vehicles. Missing items or accessories are not covered by vehicle insurance and CDW. However, if the cause of loss or damage to the rented vehicle is found to be due to hirer’s driver’s negligence, then the CDW will be null and void.
Reminders
Duration for each car: 24-hour basis. Pick-up time and return time depend on the customers. For example, if customers book a pick-up on 12 June at 8:00 am then they need to return the car by 13 June at 8:00 am
Extra charge/ Surcharge: Extra hour shall be charged at 15% of the daily rate
Fuel must be the same during pick-up. For example, if the car given has 2 bar of fuel then the customer needs to return the car with the same fuel
Insurance (if any) for optional purchase; customer can purchase on site

A deposit is to be paid before collecting the vehicle with the operator, and it will be returned after 3 working days from the return date. Security deposit: Compact car - MYR200, Sedan - MYR200, MPV - MYR200, SUV - MYR300, Luxury Car - MYR300; 20% of the total amount (applicable for monthly rental)
Mileage Policy: The renter will be charged MYR200 per way for long-distance travel to Lawas and Telupid. Driving from Kota Kinabalu to East Coast Sabah (e.g.: Sandakan, Kinabatangan, Lahad Datu, Tawau, Semporna, and Kunak) and Sarawak will be charged MYR300 and subject to company permission. While the rental period should be at least 4 days and above

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
