— What You Can Expect —

Looking for an exhilarating adventure in Brisbane? Let our experienced abseiling instructors guide you safely over the cliff edge as you conquer your fears, and experience the rush of abseiling down the Kangaroo Point Cliffs.

This guided abseiling session takes you down the 20-metre-high cliffs and is led by qualified and experienced instructors. Whether you're a first-time abseiler or a seasoned pro, you'll receive a full instruction and safety briefing, and all necessary equipment.

— What is Abseiling  —

Abseiling, also known as rappelling from the French word "rappeller" (meaning "to recall" or "to pull through"), is a controlled descent over a vertical drop. This versatile adventure activity can be performed on various surfaces, such as cliff faces, buildings, or even bridges like the Story Bridge Adventure Climb.

The key to abseiling is control. At Kangaroo Point, the abseil activity involves a 20-25 meter descent, making safety and control crucial. Both the participant and one of the fully-qualified guides will manage this control. You will be given a full demonstration and explanation of the process before beginning your abseil. All you need to do as a participant is feed the rope through your hand and enjoy the thrill of the experience, and your guide will handle the rest!
