Upon arrival at Caticlan Airport, our agents will escort you to Caticlan jetty where a boat will whisk you to the island paradise of Boracay. In less than 30 minutes, you’ll reach Cagban port where a shuttle service will take you directly to your resort.

- ARRIVALS: We cater to flights arriving at Caticlan and Kalibo Airport between 5:30 am to 7:00 pm only
*The pick up time is based on guest's flight arrival time, the supplier will provide detail info by contact you 1 day before your arrival - DEPARTURE: Resort/Hotel pick up between 4:30 am to 4:00 pm only
- Approximate travel time: 40 minutes
- Meeting Point: Guests must proceed to the Counter/Ticket/Booth Area Number 09 upon arrival.
(Our representatives will meet them at a designated area located just after the parking zone. We have placed our logo "Island Star Express" on the window of the booth for easy recognition.)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
