Purchase Notice
- As hotel prices fluctuate, additional charges may apply during peak seasons and holidays when demand is high. Please confirm the price before placing your order.
- Airport pick-up service on Day 1 is available any time between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Flights arriving within one hour of each other will be picked up together. The tour guide will be waiting in the airport parking area and will not be holding a sign. There is an additional fee of $20 per person for arrivals between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, please make your own way to the hotel (the additional fee is calculated as if you were traveling with two people if you are traveling alone).
- For flights approaching the same time, pick-up will be arranged together. Waiting at the airport may take 20-40 minutes, depending on the driver's schedule.
- For airport transfer on day 6, please book flights departing after 22:00 (domestic) or after 23:00 (international).
- Accommodation in the town is uniformly arranged in comfortable 3-star hotels. The room type is subject to final confirmation by the hotel and may consist of 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
- If the Wave Rock tour has fewer than 6 participants, it may be adjusted to an English-speaking tour (including hotel pick-up and drop-off and lunch; the itinerary remains unchanged, subject to the final arrangements by the local tour operator).
- Due to supplier and weather conditions, complimentary items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
- Western Australia is a long distance away, so we do not accept children under 4 years old for registration. Thank you for your understanding.
- This is a group tour, and the itinerary may be adjusted based on the actual number of participants, but the content will remain the same. The final departure order will be provided in the pre-departure notice.
- If guests miss their flights, or if their flights are canceled or delayed, resulting in missed attractions, the local travel agency will not be held responsible or will not provide a refund; purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Reminders
Please be sure to fill in the arrival and departure flight information and time when placing an order. The actual transfer time will be adjusted according to the situation. Please refer to the letter notified by the supplier for the final decision.
The tour time in the product itinerary is for reference only. The driver will make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions.
Leaving the group early or midway will be regarded as giving up on your own and our company will not be responsible for the corresponding losses
All day tour vehicles will be arranged according to the number of participants on that day.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 62 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 16 to 61 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–15 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
